1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and betnis, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operating at betnis.lat (the "Platform", "Website", "betnis", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the betnis website, creating an account, depositing funds, or using any betnis gaming services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, terms, or guidelines posted on specific game pages or promotional materials.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

betnis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the betnis website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of betnis services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease using betnis and withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and betnis regarding your use of the platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written. No representation, warranty, or condition not expressly stated in this Agreement shall have any force or effect.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a betnis account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2.2 Legal Capacity and Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gambling services. You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions. betnis is licensed to operate in the Philippines under PAGCOR oversight and does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of betnis complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or using betnis services:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Individuals who are self-excluded or have been excluded from gambling activities by regulatory authorities.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of betnis or its affiliated companies, including their immediate family members.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Individuals who have previously had a betnis account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If you fall into any of these prohibited categories, you must immediately cease use of betnis and contact customer support to close your account.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use betnis gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, email address, and payment method. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. betnis reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, UMID, voter's ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betnis account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify betnis immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. betnis shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. betnis reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

betnis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonus funds and pending winnings derived from bonus play, though any deposited funds and legitimate winnings from non-bonus play will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support and withdrawing your remaining balance.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betnis accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer through BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and the maximum single deposit amount is ₱100,000, subject to change at betnis's discretion. Payment processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take 10 to 30 minutes during banking hours.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your betnis account are derived from legitimate sources and belong to you. You agree not to use betnis for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose. betnis reserves the right to request proof of the source of your funds at any time and to refuse deposits or freeze accounts if we suspect illegal activity. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.

4.3 Deposit Limits

You may set voluntary deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming measures. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours to allow for a cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. betnis may also impose mandatory deposit limits on accounts flagged for potential problem gambling behavior.

4.4 Failed or Declined Deposits

If a deposit is declined or fails to process, betnis is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of any required identity verification (KYC) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours during business hours. 5.2 KYC Verification Requirements

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being declined until proper documentation is received and verified.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 7. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using betnis:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent behavior.

• Attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions or access the platform from prohibited jurisdictions using VPNs or proxy servers.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and legal action where appropriate. betnis reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by betnis

betnis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, repeated failed payment attempts, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to betnis, its licensors, or other users.

8.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting betnis customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Once closed, you may not reopen your account without contacting customer support and obtaining approval.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may self-exclude from betnis for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently) by contacting customer support. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period. betnis will take reasonable measures to prevent you from creating new accounts during self-exclusion, but you are responsible for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement immediately terminate. You must cease all use of betnis services. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations and verification procedures, except in cases where termination is due to fraud or violation of these Terms & Conditions, in which case betnis may retain funds to the extent necessary to cover damages or losses.

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing

9.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the betnis platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of betnis or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

9.2 Trademarks

"betnis" and all related logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of betnis. You may not use any betnis trademarks without our prior written consent. All game titles, logos, and trademarks displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used under license.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

betnis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betnis, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if betnis has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of betnis shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of betnis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting betnis customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation or pursue legal action in Philippine courts.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

The failure of betnis to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without betnis's prior written consent. betnis may assign this Agreement at any time without notice.
